Shipping and returns
JEWELLERY
Domestic Shipping
Shipping to the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands on ceramic jewellery is free. We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 24. For for most of our parcels, or for larger orders we will use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service. Tracking numbers will be provided at dispatch.
International Shipping
Shipping of ceramic jewellery worldwide for free. We currently use Royal Mail tracked international service for most parcels. If your order is of a particularly high value I may choose to use a courier service such as DHL or FedEx instead and will inform you in this case.
You may be required to pay import taxes or duties depending where you are receiving your parcel. We are not responsible for the amount or payment of these duties and the customer must organise payment themselves in order to receive their parcel.

OTHER PRODUCTS
Our print on demand products, such as t-shirts, water bottles and accessories, are printed and shipped to you from your nearest facility. We do not handle the shipping of these items, and they may take a few days to fulfil. Your delivery time will vary depending on your location, but please allow 10 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel.
Print on demand products incur a flat rate shipping fee of £6.00 per order, worldwide.
RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please email us at hello@kerchungcreative.com in the first instance if you have a problem with your order. If a return is necessary, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
